Now, this is one of my favorites. Usually, Cari George ( My Daughter in Law) makes this for me. And I think I could eat it on everything. Believe me, I've tried!
Beef Bullion
Chicken Bullion
Water
Black Pepper
Garlic
Sage
Onion Powder
All-purpose Flour
Butter
Dissolve one Beef and one chicken bullion in two cups of water.
In a small bowl mix five tablespoons of flour, and one-half teaspoon each of Black Pepper, Garlic, Sage, and Onion Powder. Blend together with a fork and set aside.
In a frying pan, on medium heat, melt four tablespoons of butter, and slowly add flour mixture until golden brown. Slowly pour in the bullion mixture while whisking. Remove from heat making sure Gravy is completely free of clumps. ( Whisk more if needed.)
